Repair leaking conservatory roof

Steve initially came a couple of weeks earlier to look at the problem and explained that because of current workload would be unable to work on the roof until 2nd July. He telephoned to say what time he expected to arrive and turned up with a colleague and quickly found the cause of the leak, which was repaired promptly. Total time to make the repair was approx 30 minutes. I would have no hesitation in getting Steve to call again if there are any double glazing/conservatory problems.
